Return, Exchange & Refund Policy Every amulet is
inspected for integrity before it leaves the factory and again before it is
shipped to the buyer.
If you receive an item different from what was described, or that is
defective please contact us immediately. If our product is defective, you may
return your item to us for a refund or exchange (if available).
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to us in the same
condition you received it, and the return must be postmarked within one week of
receipt. Shipping and handling charges for returning the item are borne by the
buyer. Find more information below on how your refund will be handled. In all
cases we need to receive the item before we can send you a replacement or issue
a refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be for the total dollar amount of the product, excluding
shipping costs. Refunds are typically processed within one week of receipt of
the
return item. The funds will be deposited back in your credit card account, and
you will receive a confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
